Hawk-Woods DV-RH1 radio mic holder

The DV-RH1 has been designed for use with the Sennheiser® EW series of radio mics that use a (Sennheiser®) CA2 adaptor. This includes radio mic models in the EW100, EW300 & EW500 range. It utilises the CA2 adaptor to provide a convenient way of securing this radio mic range to their DV Link Battery-System. The radio holder simply latches to one of Hawk-Woods Link adaptors, which in turn is linked to the DV Link Battery. A further advantage of using these products together is that the EW radio series can also be powered by the camera battery. By replacing the AA batteries with a DC2 adaptor (fitted with a male 4-pin Hirose connector) it can receive power via the Link adaptor. The DV-RH1 will come as welcome news to many Mini DV camera operators who have had to rely on Velcro (amongst other methods) to mount their Sennheiser® radio mics in the past.
