The FS-T1001 Camera Mount XDCAM EX Recorder brings XDCAM EX workflow to HDCAM and XDCAM HD cameras.  Fitting seamlessly between the camera and battery system, the FS-T1001 interfaces with the camera's HD-SDI port and records industry-standard XDCAM EX video directly to a removable SxS Pro or SxS-1 solid-state memory card.

With the FS-T1001, you can record XDCAM EX files - the industry standard for professional video production - using HDCAM, XDCAM HD, or other HD-SDI XDCAM EX-based devices.  Content is recorded on a removable SxS Pro of SxS-1 solid-state memory card using the same recording format and directory structure that other XDCAM EX devices use, making your files compatible with a wide range of camcorders, decks, media servers, and editing software.

Mount the Compact FS-T1001 on Your Camera
Designed from the ground up to be easily mounted on cameras that utilize the Sony BP-L (V mount) battery system, the lightweight FS-T1001 sits between the camera and the battery system, adding only 2.5" (63.5mm) to the length of the camera (with battery).  The FS-T1001 consumes only 10 watts of power from the battery system and passes power through the camera, making operation extremely efficient.  A single HD-SDI cable connects the FS-T1001 to your camera, and provides audio, video, timecode, and ancillary data, enabling the camera to start and stop recording.
