Terms & Conditions
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling and exclude VAT at the current UK rate.
Payment must be received in full before orders can be shipped.
Most items are available for immediate shipping and will ship within 24 hours of payment.
Email and telephone product support is available before and after purchase for your convenience.
Shipments within the UK are generally made by TNT Next Day (2 day service to Scotland/N Ireland). We can (at an additional cost) ship by other carriers if requested.
Shipments outside of mainland UK and handled by Parcelforce 48 hour service.
All products are available "while stocks last".
All products carry the manufacturer's full 12 months warranty.
If we are unable to fulfil your order within 30 days, we will notify you in writing, giving you the option to accept a longer delivery date or to cancel/amend your order.
Item availability and prices are subject to change without notice.
Whilst every care has been taken to avoid errors in descriptions and prices, we are not responsible for typographical errors.
Returns
Prior approval from Production Gear is required for all returns .
An item may be returned for refund, for any reason, within 7 days from the date of receipt. This excludes special order items, which may not be returned unless faulty.
Unless there is a fault with the item, refunds will be made less the cost of shipping.
If we have made a mistake in any way, with items shipped, or if any item we supply is found faulty upon receipt, then we will also pay for the reasonable cost of returning the goods to our offices.
Any item found to be faulty upon receipt will be refunded or replaced upon its return to us according to your instructions.
Returns must be in brand new condition, in original, undamaged packaging with all components intact.
Any refund due for goods returned will be made within 30 days of the date upon which we receive the goods back.
All returns must be sent back to us prepaid, unless we have agreed to bear the cost of return shipment.
All returns that do not meet the terms of this returns policy will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Returns received after 30 days from the date of receipt will not be accepted unless prior authorisation has been given.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
